In the last while I’ve been going for a walk each day, and when I’m out for my walk myself I tend to put on my headphones and listen to some music while I walk.
During my walk the other day a song came on while got me thinking about how we all need some time out from our life sometimes, and sitting down, putting on a set of headphones, closing your eyes and turning up the volume is sometimes the only way we get a chance to just ‘escape’.
I don’t know about you, but I find when I have to ‘escape’ for even just a few minutes, it does help me refocus and reprioritise to put my headphones on and listen to some of my favourite tracks, is all I need.
