We all have things which annoy us, some trivial, some quite serious. So today I want to share with you some of the things which annoy me…they’re listed in no particular order:

  1. Those who know me, and see me but still walk past me without acknowledging my presence, even though it’s impossible for them not to have seen me
  2. People who swear in every sentence they utter
  3. Cold callers
  4. People who are two-faced
  5. Tangled necklaces
  6. Sportsmen/women who cheat
  7. Those who wear a cross as jewellery, but their actions and/or words do not reflect Christ
  8. Plastic bags when the handles break!
  9. People who use the last of the water in the kettle and then don’t bother to fill it up again
  10. So-called friends who aren’t there for me when I need them most – though, if I’m honest this is not so much of an annoyance, but a disappointment or upset

Do any of these annoyances sound familiar to you?

Yes, I know most of these annoyances are trivial, but hey, I’m only human and therefore get annoyed at things that really don’t matter!

Today is all about options again – I’m going to give you two items at a time, and you have to choose which either best describes you or which you prefer:

  1. Spring or autumn
  2. White car or black car
  3. Electrical or gas heating
  4. Plastic bags or reusable bags
  5. Google or Bing
  6. Mayonnaise or salad cream
  7. Analogue or digital clock
  8. Tigger or Eeyore
  9. Brown or white bread
  10. Contact lenses or glasses

A variety of questions, some about your personality, some about your preferences. Whatever your answers, together they define who you are.

Why do cats chase their own tail?

When you’re looking forward to something, why is it nearly always a complete disappointment?

When you’re in need of some peace and quiet, why is it then that everyone seems to want to talk to you!

Why do cats always want to go into the plastic bag you’re trying to put things in!

Why do we look at our watches so often during the day…try going a whole day without wearing your watch and you’ll see what I mean.

Why is it always a document you’ve spent hours working on that you find has lost the changes you made?

Why do we all get so annoyed and opinionated when we’re watch a football match!

Why do bad things always seem to come in threes?

Why does it always rain on days when you don’t have an umbrella or a jacket?

and finally…

Why am I addicted to blogging!!!
