Welcome to TheDistinctDot website, the web home of Dorothy Neil. You may have previously come across my blog on Blogger (http://thedistinctdot.blogspot.com/), however I will no longer be updating that blog as I have uploaded all my blog post from that site, to this new website.
On here you’ll find some general information about me, however the main purpose of this site is to post my daily blog posts, so please come back each day and read my latest post. One of the other things I aim to do on this website is provide information about some of my favourite artists/groups as well as provide the lyrics of some of my favourite songs – So if you have any special requests please let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
I intend to continually update information to this website as I see fit (as well as posting a daily blog post), so please come back here on a regular basis and checkout my latest blog posts as well as the other information I’ve updated.

We spoke about this during Cradley Heath Songsters hour of prayer during our 24/2 prayer event this afternoon. So often (and having recently experienced it, I know) those in mourning don’t even know their own name, let alone anything else. The disciples must have been totally lost. Today seems empty even for me 2,000 or so years later and I know the celebration that’s coming tomorrow. I can only imagine what it must have felt like without that knowledge.
