Blind?

When we see people in need, whether they be friends, acquaintances or strangers, do you

Stop and speak to them and ask if you can help.
Stop and ask them if they’re ok, and even if they say they are, ask them what is wrong.
Keep walking passed them, and look the other way.

We all live such busy lives these days, and we all have our own concerns or problems to deal with. However we know there are other around us who are in greater need than ourselves, and maybe have no-one to turn to for help, so surely as Christians we must reach out to those we see who are in need?

Even if we choose to ignore those around us who are in need, doesn’t mean they will ‘go away’. In fact it simply tells us, and God, more about the person we are. Is that the person you want to be?
