What are you passionate about?

Did you notice how a few weeks ago loads of folk were getting all worked up and annoyed about who stayed and who got voted off in X-Factor? Why did they get so het up about it all…it is after all only a television programme!

Have you noticed people getting very passionate about any other TV programmes? e.g. Strictly Come Dancing, football, Got To Dance.

It’s almost as if everyone has forgotten what’s important in life and got completely focused on what’s on television, no matter whether it’s simply a talent programme or a football match.

Are you as passionate about God as you are about your favourite television programme?

God wants us to love Him passionately, so to be true followers of God we must love God passionately, with more passion than we show for anything or anyone else in this world.
