How many time have you found yourself saying something like:
- I wish I looked more like that person
- I wish we lived in a house like that one
- I wish I had a job like their’s
Some of these sound familiar? I think at some time we all privately wish we were someone else or were somewhere else.
The thing is, God made us just the way we are, so why do we wish we were someone else or somewhere else! God made us the way we are for a reason, and that reason is because He wanted us to be the person we are, not someone else.
Don’t look at others wishing you were them, just be the person God wants you to be…yourself!
