I recently heard someone say
You don’t have to be a believer for God to hear your prayer…It’s how you become a believer!
and I totally agree with that statement for various reasons:
- God is the god of all people, regardless of whether they believe in Him or not.
- God hears all requests made to Him, from the shortest prayer to the longest prayer.
- From your first ever stuttering words to God to your dying words, God hears them.
So don’t ever think there’s no point in praying because God won’t hear your prayer, or won’t listen to your prayer, He will!
God loves each one of us, and yearns for us to come before Him in prayer. So pray to God. Pray sincerely and from your heart, because God will hear and understand your prayer.
