Sometimes God asks us to do things which we feel we are not capable of, or question why He wants us to do it at this time. But shouldn’t our faith be able doing what God wants us to do, in the knowledge that He knows the bigger plan for us and therefore knows what is right for us. I think we’re often guilty of forgetting that God doesn’t ask us to do things He doesn’t think we’re capable of or that He won’t give us the support and knowledge to perform the task.
Martin Luther King Jr. once said
Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase
I would actually go one step further than that..Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the staircase at all!
My question to you today is this, are you willing and ready to take the first step for God even when you can’t see the whole staircase?
