Encourage

If someone has encouraged you, take the time to let them know how it has affected you. If you never say it, it never gets said, and they never know how much their encouragement has meant to you.

Look at it from the encouragers perspective…if they do or say something they think will encourage you but they never get any feedback to suggest they have helped you, it may discourage them from trying to encourage you or anyone else again, and how awful would that be!

Personally I feel that we all need an “encourager” in our lives, because we all go through times when we struggle or feel sorry for ourselves, so just to have someone around who can life our spirits and reassure us can be just what we need.

So go on, encourage the encouragers, as they do a fantastic job!
