So here’s today’s suggestion:
Take care of yourself
Treat yourself as you would want to be treated. i.e. Treat yourself as you would treat your best friend.
Sometimes we can find that we spend all our time doing things for others, and looking after others, that we fail to look after ourselves, simply because we don’t take the time to think about how we are feeling physically or emotionally. So today, no matter how busy you are, take a few minutes to study yourself – your physical wellbeing and your emotional wellbeing – are you ok? Do you look well? have you lost weight? Do you look drained or tired?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to take time to take care of yourself!
