The last few days I’ve spoken about words (or lack of them), and today is no different, however today I want to remind you that it is ok to not be able to find the words to say to God when you pray. I realise that sounds like I’m contradicting what I’ve said in previous days, but I don’t think I really am, as today it’s about remember that God already knows what’s in our hearts and on our minds before we even say a word to Him. That’s why when we’re struggling and find it difficult to pray, it really is ok, because God knows what’s in our hearts and He remains true to us and continues to look out for us.

So whether you have lots to talk to God about or whether when you try to pray you can’t find any words to express how you feel, God understands our lives and knows what we want to say to Him.
