You may not always feel like being cheerful, but trust me, if you act as if you are happy, you will find it brighten others’ day.
You don’t have to feel joyful to act cheerfully
So if you smile often, say positive and uplifting things, resist the urge to complain and find ways to cheer up others, it’ll cheer your day too.
