When the sun goes down

When the sun goes down on your day
What have you achieved?
Who have you helped?
Was your day the day you expected when your alarm went off this morning?
We often make plans or lists of tasks we want to get through in a day, but sometimes it just doesn’t happen for us.
When things don’t go according to your plans, do you get frustrated or annoyed?
We probably all do sometimes, don’t we!
Well the thing is, just because our day hasn’t worked out as we planned doesn’t mean our day hasn’t been successful because maybe we’ve simply achieved different things from what we’d planned.
When this happens, do you just put it down to having been “one of those days”, or do you think it happened for a reason?
We can make all the plans in the world but if God has different plans for us, His plan will be the one we find ourselves working through.
