How to brighten your day #67

Are you looking for simple ways to encourage your heart and nourish your soul?

In the last while I’ve given you some ideas which will hopefully inspire you to implement them in your own life, and over the coming weeks I’ll share some others with you.

So here’s today’s suggestion:

Go to bed early                                                                                                                                                  

This week’s suggestion is even better than last week’s suggestion to leave your blinds/curtains half-open when you go to bed – Go to bed early enough so that waking up when the sun shines through your window still allows you to have the recommended seven hours of sleep.

If you then maintain this routine of going to bed early and waking up when the sun shines through the window, it’s likely that you can start relying on your biological clock to wake you up rather than relying on an alarm clock.
