Are you looking for simple ways to encourage your heart and nourish your soul?

In the last while I’ve given you some ideas which will hopefully inspire you to implement them in your own life, and over the coming weeks I’ll share some others with you.

So here’s today’s suggestion:

Set your alarm to go off 15 minutes early                                                                                                                                                  

This week’s suggestion follows on from the suggestions I gave you for the last 2 weeks, as it’s about you sleeping time! I’m sure many of you, like me can find it difficult to leave the comfort of your bed in the morning when the alarm goes off and so after saying you’ll “just have 5 more minutes”, and then “another 5 minutes”, you find yourself running late and then having to rush round the house to get yourself out in time.

So how do we make our morning’s a bit more relaxed? Well, set your alarm to go off 15 minutes earlier than you actually need to get up – This will allow you wake up slowly, and have your extra 5 minutes a couple of times, and still end up getting up in plenty of time to get yourself up and out the house in time.
