A year on

everything your stressing about

I recently saw this picture posted on Facebook, and while initially I thought, yes, that’s so true, I realised I could think of some situations in my life where one year on I was still stressing about the same things.

Yes, we shouldn’t dwell on the past, but equally some situations/circumstances can last for a while, so we can’t just forget about them because they have impacted our lives. It’s the things in life which impact us which make us the people we are today, so if you are still stressing about the same things today as you were this time last year, that’s ok, they are obviously important to you.
