So here’s today’s suggestion:
Take note of the good things from the day
At the end of each day, before you head to bed, take a moment to write down the things that went well for you during the day – It doesn’t matter how big or how the item is, as everything that goes well for you is a positive isn’t it! Be descriptive in what you write down, noting what role you played in making each happy moment happen. In doing this you’ll increasingly notice how much control you have over the good things in your life.
