Selfishly set your limits
When it comes down to it, you and you alone are responsible for your own well-being, No-one knows you better than you know yourself, just as no-one knows better than you how you are feelings.
So based on how you are feeling, and your workload, you decide what you can and can’t achieve, and tell those you need to that you can’t meet required deadlines.
Look after yourself, as you and you alone know best how you feel.
