So here’s today’s suggestion:
Listen to your body
Everybody is unique so we all like different foods, different foods like us, we enjoy different activities, we’re sensitive to different things, and we each have different tolerance levels.
Therefore, even if a friend highly recommends something to you but it doesn’t feel right for you, don’t to it! You and you alone are the only person who knows what works for you and what doesn’t, so listen to your body – If it tells you something isn’t right, listen to it!
