That moment when you put the alarm off, and then realise half an hour later, that you’ve fallen asleep again, and now are running very late for work!

For me, when my morning starts off like that, I usually find my whole day doesn’t go well.
But that doesn’t seem to stop me doing the same thing again. i.e. the alarm goes off, I put it on snooze, then when it goes off again I turn it off…then a bit later I’ll come to a bit while realising that I’ve been asleep again and have no idea how long has passed since I turned the alarm off.
How are you when your alarm goes off? Do you immediately get out of bed, or like me, do you sometimes put your alarm on snooze….then snooze again…and then put it off completely, sometimes with disastrous consequences.
