Today’s blog post is a bit different from my normal posts, but I wanted to share this with you.
Toothbrushes – Do you use a manual or an electric toothbrush?
Up until last year I had always used a manual toothbrush. I’ve always regularly attend a dentist and although, like most people, I’ve got some fillings etc, my dentist has always been pretty happy with my dental hygiene.
So having started using an electric toothbrush last year, have I noticed any difference with my teeth?
Yes I have! I have noticed a big difference in how much whiter my teeth look in comparison to how they looked when I was using a manual toothbrush. I have noticed that the electric toothbrush definitely cleans the food from my teeth much better as well, as when I floss my teeth these days, I’m definitely finding there’s less ‘bits’ that the floss is removing.
So all in all I’m definitely glad I changed from a manual to an electric toothbrush, as the electric toothbrush cleans my teeth much better than the manual one ever did.
