You can’t be strong all the time. Sometimes you just need to be alone and let your tears out…And that is okay.
For those who keep their true emotions under wraps and hidden from public few, even the thought of showing your tears in public can be a terrifying thought. But there are times when we all really need to let go of our tears, even if it’s when we’re on our own and no-one else can see our tears.
Tears can be therapeutic, so try not to be afraid to cry. You never know you might even feel better for it.
Note to self – I need to take my own advice more often!
