Life can be tough sometimes can’t it? We make friends, we get into relationships, we become good friends, but then something happens which leaves us feeling hurt or taken advantage of. In turn this makes us reluctant to get into future relationships because we’re scared we will get hurt all over again.
True love however can help us overcome any fears we may have of being hurt again. The purest love is that given to us by God, and therefore His love can help us overcome any of our fears.
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
