Faith fit

No matter our age or our fitness level, we’re reminded often that t’s important to exercise physically. We’re reminded that to help our memory as we grow older, it’s important to exercise our brain cells (for example by doing logic puzzles or crosswords).

That’s us covered most of our exercise needs, but we’ve omitted the most important one, our daily exercise with God!

If we don’t spend quiet time with God each day, praying, listening to God speaking to us, and reading our bible, how can we stay ‘faith fit’?

Many spend lots of time and money keeping their bodies in the best condition possible, but how much time and value do give our daily time with God?
