We all need someone to hold onto us at some times in our lives.
It can be life events that cause us to need someone to hold us, or it can be because someone has hurt us physically or emotionally, or it can something we’ve done ourselves that causes us to need help.
In the same way we can rely on God to wrap His arms around us and hold us tight when we’re facing difficult times, we can be in need of God to hold us because we’ve actually turned away from God – Just because we have turned away from God, doesn’t mean He turns away from us. In fact the opposite is true, because God will always hold on to us no matter what we face or how many times we fail Him.
God will always love and care for us, so He will always hold on to us.
