Earlier today on Bellshill Salvation Army Band’s Facebook page I shared some devotions. I’d like to share those devotions with you tonight.
Have you ever found yourself sitting in church on a Sunday (or watching the service online), and thought to yourself, “Why am I here?”.
Do we go to church out of habit?
Do we go because our parents make us?
Do we go to meet our friends?
Do we go to be part of our musical sections?
Why do you go to church?
Go to church and get directions so you won’t get lost.

We all get ‘lost’ in life sometimes, so being reminded of how God can help us get back on the path of life, is a fantastic reason to go to church. While we may go to church to take our place in our musical sections, don’t let that be the main reason to go to church.
Let us always remember that the reason we ‘come into this place’ be because ‘it’s all about you, Jesus’.
