I’ve had the tune ‘It Is Well With My Soul’ in my head the last few days. I found this lovely arrangement of the tune as a flugelhorn horn and euphonium duet by Hedge End Salvation Army Band on YouTube.
he words that really struck me were those that I’ve used as the title of today’s blog, “The sky, not the grave, is our goal”.
Is that true? Are we looking ahead to our future and where we will end up? Are we doing all we can to prepare to go to heaven and meet Jesus face-to-face?
If we’re not, it’s never too early or too late to start preparing, so why not start today?
