I think this quote caught my attention because one thing I know I’m not good at is “to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment”.
Yes, sometimes I blurt out statements or comments without thinking, and then immediately regret it, and wish I’d been more thoughtful/considerate about what I say.
I simply pray that God will help me not only to say the right thing at the right time, but also help me not to say something at the wrong time.
