Let’s be honest, we all have habits, some good, some bad. However how do we change our habits, or create a new habit?

I’ve been on a a number of courses and attended a number of seminars over the years where they each indicated that to create a new habit (or change an existing one), you need to do the same things for a specific number of consecutive days. They didn’t all specify the same umber of days, however the majority of them, indicated 20 days as the minimum number of consecutive days you need to repeat something for, for it to become a habit.

What habits do you have that you want to change?

Remember that to make something a habit you need to do it for a minimum of 20 consecutive days. So go on, start training yourself in your new habit today.
