This quote is so true isn’t it.
It’s great that we are not all the same, as can you imagine what the world would be like if we were all the same! Scary isn’t it?!
Our differences allow us to bring different skills together to provide all we need. For example how could we build a house if everyone were plumbers? We definitely need lots of different skills to build a house, such as builders, plasterers, decorators, electricians, architects etc.
Conversely it’s also good to collaborate with others with the same or similar skillset as they will know or understand the same issues. In talking or collaborating with those with similar skills, it bring comfort that we’re all doing things the same way, and encountering the same issues.
