I can’t believe that’s me half way through my two weeks annual leave from work already! How did that happen?
It took me a few days to stop thinking about work, and start to unwind. But have now managed to do that…other than the fact that one of the books I’m reading just now is about Microsoft Azure DevOps and Agile processes. Yes, I know it’s work related, but it’s for my own benefit – to help me better understand how we can utilise Microsoft Azure DevOps, to improve the way we work. Don’t worry though, I’m also reading some fictional crime books too (that’s my favourite)…all while enjoying our lovely sunny weather.
We managed to have get some long overdue things done in the house, and got a few other things organised for the coming weeks, so that’s good. A few other things to do in the next week, and few things to do for the band, but all in all happy with what we’ve managed to get done in this first week of my annual leave.
Still dealing with some other non-work related things in my life this week, but on the whole, it’s been a better week without the extra stress of work.
Looking forward to another week without work.
