Whenever you feel you’re focusing on the challenges of life, rather than in blessings that God provides us each day, take a moment to repeat out loud the many blessings you have received that day. It will help you focus on the positives in life, rather than the negatives, while reminding you of the many ways God shows his love for us each day.
