As I mentioned in yesterday’s blog post, only Christ can give us hope for our future. So that is why for me, I strive to let Christ live in me, so that He is always at the centre of all I do.
One of my favourite songster pieces is ‘Christ In Me’ which features the following words, put to a beautiful tune written by Yvonne Field.
Christ of Glory, Prince of Peace, Let thy life in mine increase; Though I live may it be shown ‘Tis thy life and not my own. Dwell within, that men may see Christ, the living Christ, in me. I pray today that we may each let Christ completely into our hearts, so that others will see Christ, and only Christ, in us.
