So this time last week I hadn’t started my Christmas shopping, I hadn’t bought or written my Christmas cards. In fact the only thing I had done was order our turkey for Christmas Day from Marks & Spencers. The other thing we hadn’t done yet, which we usually do towards the end of November, is to watch Elf, my husband’s favourite Christmas film – we always start our Christmas film watching with Elf.
Move us forward 1 week, and my Christmas shopping is all but done, thought I’ve still to wrap a few gifts and write a few Christmas cards. Not only that but yesterday we eventually sat down to watch Elf. It now feels like Christmas has started here!
Now just to finis the present wrapping and card writing and delivering the gifts to the relevant people. Hopefully that’s me back on track to get organised for Christmas!
