Have you watched the news on TV or read a newspaper recent? The world is in a terrible state, between all the various wars, natural disasters, cost of living crisis etc. When will it end?
There are so many people all around the world who are struggling to live what we’d consider a comfortable life, as they can’t make ends meet, they don’r have money to feed their families or to keep a roof over their head – In fact they don’t have the basic necessities to survive. Unfortunately this is happening here and now, to those around us, to those we meet in the street, our neighbours, our friends and family, maybe even us.
So let’s pray for this world, and for those who are struggling, particularly this Christmas to give their families a good Christmas. We pray for everyone struggling, that they will find hope as we celebrate the birth of the baby Jesus this Christmas.
