Earlier today on Bellshill Salvation Army Band’s Facebook page I shared some devotions. I’d like to share those devotions with you tonight.
Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
Psalm 100:1-2
Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.
When we come to church on a Sunday, do we always come in the right frame of mind, ready to worship God, and to receive from Him through the message that is given?
I’m sure we’ve all had times when we’ve come to church through habit, because we’re expected to be there, rather than because we want to be there. That’s OK though, as the main thing is we are there, as God has the power to touch our hearts, even when we’re not really listening to him.
All that is therefore required of us is to come, to worship Him, and He can do the rest.
