How to get through your week #6

I’m sure we’ve all had that sinking feeling when it gets to Sunday night, when we remember tomorrow is Monday, and so we’re back at work again. This isn’t just a feeling we can get after time off work, as it can also be how we feel every Sunday night!

So how do you prepare yourself so your head is in the right place for work the next morning? What tips do you have?

I’ll plan to share some tips with you that I have picked up over the years – all are good, though some are easier to implement than others – at least they have been for me. Maybe you’ll have more joy! Good luck!

Tip #6 Start your day with some exercise

How do you get your energy boost first thing in the morning? Coffee may be what many would choose for their morning energy boost, but here’s a better, healthier suggestion for you – go for an early morning walk, or workout. Even a 5 minute walk or workout will boost your energy levels and release endorphins to lift your mood.
