How to get through your week #9

I’m sure we’ve all had that sinking feeling when it gets to Sunday night, when we remember tomorrow is Monday, and so we’re back at work again. This isn’t just a feeling we can get after time off work, as it can also be how we feel every Sunday night!

So how do you prepare yourself so your head is in the right place for work the next morning? What tips do you have?

I’ll plan to share some tips with you that I have picked up over the years – all are good, though some are easier to implement than others – at least they have been for me. Maybe you’ll have more joy! Good luck!

Tip #9 Choose your playlist

Music is such a powerful and emotive thing – It a raise our spirits remind us of people or events that have been meaningful to us, or give ourself a positive lift. So, before you let the dread of Monday kick in, choose a playlist for the coming week, that will lift your spirits and help give you positive thoughts for the week ahead.
