Earlier today on Bellshill Salvation Army Band’s Facebook page I shared some devotions. I’d like to share those devotions with you tonight.
If I were to ask all those who know you, if they see a loving, caring individual when they look at you, and listen to how you speak and interact with others, what would they say?
Jesus showed true love for each of us during his time on earth. Even in his final days he showed his love for us when he sacrificed himself so we could be free.
My children, our love should not be just words and talk; it must be true love, which shows itself in action.
1 John 3:18 (Good news translation)
As the above bible verse states, we must repay God’s love for us by showing love to everyone we come across in our lives. I therefore pray that for each of us, others will see love in action when they see our action and hear our words.
