How to get through your week #12

I’m sure we’ve all had that sinking feeling when it gets to Sunday night, when we remember tomorrow is Monday, and so we’re back at work again. This isn’t just a feeling we can get after time off work, as it can also be how we feel every Sunday night!

So how do you prepare yourself so your head is in the right place for work the next morning? What tips do you have?

I’ll plan to share some tips with you that I have picked up over the years – all are good, though some are easier to implement than others – at least they have been for me. Maybe you’ll have more joy! Good luck!

Tip #12 Don’t wish your week away!

We can all be guilty of wishing our week away, by wishing the week away so it is the weekend again. But have you noticed that when we do that, each day of the week drags even more than usual? Don’t live for the weekend, make plans for the evenings of your working week so you have something to look forward to during the week, that way you are not always focusing on the weekend.
