I’m not usually one for quoting Margaret Thatcher, or indeed any politician, but I read this quote and realised that at first I agreed with it, but then stopped myself…
I realised I shouldn’t be disciplining myself to do the right thing, just so I experience pride, self-esteem and personal satisfaction in what I do, as all I do should be done in God’s name.
