The recently read the following quote from Mother Teresa, and it’s stayed on my mind.
It’s true isn’t it, we can often feel like there’s no point in us doing what we’re doing, as we see no evidence of any positive return. However, we often do not see the impact of our words and actions on people or situations, but that doesn’t mean we don’t affect them.
Much of our work may seem pointless, but we don’t know what goes on in other people’s lives when we’re no longer with them. God knows the impact our words and actions have on others, and he wouldn’t ask us to do what what we do, if it wasn’t part of his ultimate plan for us, and for others.
Keep doing what you’re doing, because if we all do that, the ocean of believers can make a difference in so many lives today.
