Mental health Monday #6

It used to be that no-one ever spoke about their mental health, and everyone who do all they could to make a swift exit if someone dared to speak about their mental health in public.

Thankfully times have changed, and it’s now seem to be helpful to talk openly about your mental health, which is good, as having mental health problem is an illness. So talk about it, you’ll be amazed how many others can relate to how you feel.
