I need you Lord. How many times has it taken you to be at your lowest point before you utter those words?
It’s true, as people we can be really stubborn at times, thinking we have everything in hand, and under control. However in reality we’re fooling ourselves into believing we have the strength and know-how to follow a path of success through difficult times.
Every day is a day we should be telling God that we need him – do you believe that? The bible tells us that we shouldn’t try and get by on our own, but instead should rely on God.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight
Proverbs 3:5-6
I encourage you to pray to God each day, telling Him that you need him.
