What has the weather been like with you this week? Here the temperatures started creeping upward from the start of this week. They are due to hit a high here of 29/30 degrees tomorrow!
I’ve been working all week, so not had too much opportunity to be outside during the day, other than during my lunch time. Today we’ve had a high of 28 degrees here, and it felt really hot!
We also hear/see comments about how our mental wellbeing can be compared to the weather – when it sunny, we’re going through a good time of highs in our life, but when we say it grey and wet we’re comparing the weather to our low mood.
Maybe that’s why I liked this image, as what it says is true not only for the weather, but also for our mental health.
So weather you’re going through sun times or grey, rainy times, remember that we can always find the sunny weather somewhere, if we look from a different angle.
