Mercy’s one of those words that you don’t really hear used in everyday conversations. I’d suggest that t’s a word we normally only hear in church.

and what does the Lord require of you,
but to do justice and to love kindness,
and to walk humbly with your God?
In this verse we’re reminded that our faith should encompass both righteous actions and a humble, reverent attitude toward God. True faith is not just about our what we do when we’re at church or the outward appearance we give others, but about how we treat others and how we relate to God on a day to day basis.
