Deuteronomy 7:9 (NIV)
Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands.
There is just one God. One God who will love you forever, and who loved all past generations of your family and indeed will love future generations as well.
Isn’t that incredible? Who else has promised to do that, but God?
