Signals

We see and hear a lot of signals every day don’t we. E.g. Traffic lights, verbal signals from others, banners indicating shops are ‘now open’ or have a ‘sale now on’, announcements on trains to indicate the what the next station is, car horn, siren of an emergency vehicles.

What about other more subtle signals such as someone’s reaction to a comment we make, to signal their approval or disapproval?

What about our own signals, do we give out positive or negative signals to others?

Do our signals reflect what we think they do, or are we giving out messages which show us for something else?

I pray that as I go through each day, wherever I am and whatever I’m doing, the signals I give out reflect Jesus.
