
We’ve all said we’re ok when we’re not really haven’t we, but why do we do that when actually it’s ok to say we’re not okay?
Personally I know I say I’m ok when I’m not simply because in sharing details of why I’m not ok I’m likely to get all emotional, and getting emotional in public is simply something that scares me! How about you, why do you tell people you’re okay when really you are not?
