Are you looking for simple ways to encourage your heart and nourish your soul?
In the last while I’ve given you some ideas which will hopefully inspire you to implement them in your own life, and over the coming weeks I’ll share some others with you.
So here’s today’s suggestion:
Swim
Are you an exercise fanatic, someone who does a little bit of exercise or the person who will start exercising “tomorrow”?
Whichever category you fall into, can I suggest you take up swimming. Not only is swimming a great form of exercise, and can be kinder on the joints if you suffer from any form of arthritis, it can also be quite calming. Maybe it’s the connection with the water and the gentle feel of the water as we swim through it, that make it feel very calming, but whatever it is, swim can be very therapeutic for your health and can calm your soul too.
